All of our products go under the inspection before the delivery.

So, if you received any damaged or defective product then contact us to raise a return request under the 7 days of purchase. Please inform us before placing any return request. Drop a message to us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve your issue without having to take the product in return.

The refund will only proceed when we have received the product in return.


  1. The buyers will have to pay the shipping charges if he/she wants to return or refund the order.
  2. Please return the purchased product in the original packing otherwise we will deduct the refund amount.
  3. The product must be in its original condition otherwise we will not file a refund.
  4. Before making a return notify us of the main reason for returning the product via call or buyer-seller messaging feature.
  5. We are not responsible for the delivery boy's behaviour so please do not judge us on the behalf of poor performance of the delivery boy. If you want to complain about the delivery boy then please contact the delivery company regarding this matter.
