Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At PRIOR India, we are committed to providing high-quality aftermarket car accessories. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Process

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product has been delivered

  • Product has a manufacturing defect

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at crm@priorindia.com with your order details

  2. Share clear images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.

Note:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Installed or used products will not be eligible for return


2. Cancellation Process

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible

To cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@priorindia.com with your order ID.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed online.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.


4. Replacement Policy

  • We offer free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or usage
